    Eligibility
    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
    • Bags must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

    How to Return

    Email Orders@gsopack.com with your order number and reason for return.

    We’ll send you a prepaid return label.

    Ship the bags back within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Non-Returnable Items
    • Bags that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear.

    Processing Time
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, store-credit issues will be completed within 5–7 business days.
